Vegan Strawberry Crumble
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Toss until the strawberries are coated. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Pour in the melted vegan butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the strawberry mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the strawberry filling is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vegan ice cream or coconut whip cream. Enjoy!
