Vegan Pesto Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup vegan pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the vegan pesto evenly over the crust.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and shredded vegan mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve hot.
