Vegan Pesto Pizza
🌿🍕 The perfect combination of fresh basil and vegan cheese on a crispy crust!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup vegan pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread the vegan pesto evenly over the crust.
  4. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and shredded vegan mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
