Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: shaved chocolate, berries
Instructions:
- Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a blender or food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to serving bowls or glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate and berries, if desired.
