Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
