  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (such as almond or oat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil or vegan butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mashed banana, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil or vegan butter.
